Racing Starts This Week!

Monday, Aug 24th-- practice
Tuesday, Aug 25th-- practice (most likely until 5:30)
Wednesday, Aug 26th-- RACE at Quail Ridge Park*
Thursday, Aug 27th-- practice
Friday, Aug 28th-- practice
Saturday, Aug 29th-- Time trial (5K) @ Creve Coeur Park @ 9 AM

*Fleet Feet Cross Country Classic
Race Schedule:
4:15   JV Boys
4:45   JV Girls
5:15  Varsity Boys
5:45  Varsity Girls
6:15 Awards Ceremony

I anticipate returning to PHS by 7:30 PM.  Runners will phone when we are 15 minutes away so rides can meet us promptly.  Parents attending meet may drive their runners home; runner MUST tell  coach DIRECTLY that they are traveling home with a parent.

Directions to Quail Ridge Park:

-Take I-70 west -From Interstate 70, exit onto Interstate 64 (Highway 40/61 South).

-Turn Right at Prospect Road and continue to Duello Road.

-Turn Right on Duello (becomes Quail Ridge Parkway) and continue to
the park entrance on the left (approx 1 mile).

- Stay straight after the entrance and drive to the back of the park.  DO NOT park on the grass.
Drive time approximately 30 minutes from 70&270
