There will be practice this Saturday, August 15th, from 8:00 - 10:00 AM at the Creve Coeur Lake Falls. The entrance to the falls parking lot is right across from the base of the stairs on the southeast corner of the lake.

Saturday, August 22 - Run, Dinner, and a Movie - 5:00 PM at PHS
This will be a team bonding night. Runners will get in a run at 5:00 PM followed by dinner and a viewing of McFarland USA.
Wednesday, August 26th - First Meet of the Year! - Fleet Feet Cross Country Kickoff - Quail Ridge Park 4:00 PM
