Tuesday, September 6th - Practice at PHS, 2:30 PM - 4:15 PM

Wednesday, September 7th - Practice at PHS, 2:30 PM - 4:15 PM

Thursday, September 8th - Practice at PHS, 2:30 PM - 4:15 PM

Friday, September 9th - PICTURE DAY, Practice at PHS,  2:30 PM - 5:00 PM

Saturday, September 10th - Forest Park XC Festival, Forest Park, 8:00 AM

8:10 am Junior Varsity Girls 5K White/Gold Division Combined
9:30 am Junior Varsity Boys 5K White/Gold Division Combined
10:40 am Varsity Girls 5K Gold Division
12:20 Varsity Boys 5K Gold Division

The race will be at Forest Park near the Planetarium (Map).  We should return to PHS between 2 - 3 PM.

VERY IMPORTANT:  Forest Park will be extremely crowded due to the number of teams at the meet and LouFest.  Information about parking can be found here

Picture Day

Team and individual pictures will be taken on Friday, September 9th at 2:45 PM.  Athletes should bring their uniforms and clothes to change into for a run after the pictures.  Athletes should get dressed in uniforms immediately after school and meet in Coach Simmons' room.  Picture packets were handed out last week.  See Coach Simmons or Coach Gender if you need another one.  Practice will start immediately after pictures.
