See you at the PHS stadium at 8:00 AM on Monday, August 3rd.
You MUST turn in your completed Activity Packet with Physical to the Activities Office at PHS BEFORE you can participate in practice.
Bring a water bottle and running watch or phone if possible.
Bring your summer training log.
Wear shoes and clothes suitable for running.
Practice Schedule for the Week of Aug. 3rd:
Monday 8:00-9:30 am
Tuesday 7:00-8:30 am
Wednesday 7:00-8:30 am
Thursday 7:00-8:30 am
Friday 3:30-5:00 pm
