Awards:      Varsity Boys/Girls    12:30 pm (3 team trophies; 30 medals)
                     JV Boys/Girls           1:15 pm (2 team trophies; 20 medals)

Directions:  Take I-270 South; continue onto I-255 East
                     Take Exit 2 to MO 231/Telegraph Rd and turn LEFT
                     Follow Telegraph for 2.5 miles; turn right into the Park at the Broadway entrance

Parking:  Enter from Broadway entrance to the park.  Park rangers and staff will direct you.

NOTE:  Bus leaves IMMEDIATELY after school at 2:35.  We will not make it back for the activity bus, so please make arrangements for a ride home from school after the meet.

Event Schedule:             

                                    4:00 – Varsity Boys

                                    4:30 – Varsity Girls

                                    5:00 – Jr. Varsity Boys 

                                    5:30 – Jr. Varsity Girls 

Race Information:  There will be twenty-five medals and two team plaques awarded in each race.  All medals will be handed out in the chute.  Team awards will be presented at the awards ceremony following the Jr. Varsity race.

Directions to Koch Park:

- take 270 east/north
- exit at McDonnell and turn left off exit ramp
- McDonnell becomes Howdershell - stay straight
Koch Park is located at the corner of Charbonier and Howdershell - Turn left onto Charbonier and then another left into the park.

 2:00 Awards Bring water and snacks since it is a long day.  Concessions, t-shirts, and tons of running stuff will be available for sale.

Directions: Forest Park Cross Country Course

The XC course is located on the Central Ball Fields in Forest Park.

- Hwy I- 70 east

- South on Hwy I- 170

- East on Hwy I-64  (left exit off of I-170)

- Exit (34B) at Hampton Ave

- Left on Hampton into Forest Park

-Right on Wells Dr. 
-Continue on Wells until you hit the fields.  Parking available around the entire perimeter of the fields as well as on the nearby upper Muny parking lot.

11:30 Boy's & Girl's Freshman Combined (20 medals, 1 team award)
12:15 Awards (1-10 in each race and team awards)

Course Distance : all races will be 5k

Directions to Sioux Passage County Park

- I -270 North/East

- Take Exit 25B (go North) Lindbergh

- Left on Old Halls Ferry Rd.

- Right on Vaile Ave

- Left on Old Jamestown Rd

- Follow Old Jamestown for just under 1/2 mile and look for the park entrance on your right.

- Once inside the park, follow the park road straight until you are directed to park.  Parking on the gravel lot at the base of Manmaker hill is reserved for teams, coaches, officials and handicapped parking.
