Great job at the Missouri State High School Cross Country Championships!

Paco Rosales, senior, finished 71st with his second-fastest 5K time of 17:05.   Paco was only 20 seconds off of his PR, set the week before at the flatter Farmington course.  What an incredible way to cap off only his 2nd season in the sport!

The XC course is located on the Central Ball Fields in Forest Park.

- Hwy I- 70 east

- South on Hwy I- 170

- East on Hwy I-64  (left exit off of I-170)

-Right on Wells Dr. 
-Continue on Wells until you hit the fields.  Parking available around the entire perimeter of the fields as well as on the nearby upper Muny parking lot.

- I -270 North/East

- Take Exit 25B (go North) Lindbergh

- Left on Old Halls Ferry Rd.

- Right on Vaile Ave

- Left on Old Jamestown Rd

- Follow Old Jamestown for just under 1/2 mile and look for the park entrance on your right.

- Once inside the park, follow the park road straight until you are directed to park.  Parking on the gravel lot at the base of Manmaker hill is reserved for teams, coaches, officials and handicapped parking.

Green and White Meet THIS Wednesday, AUGUST 20th

Pattonville XC tradition lives on with the annual intrasquad Green and White Meet!

Where:  Creve Coeur Park, Upper Gravel Parking Lot (Past tennis courts)
When:  Wednesday, Aug 20th
Time:  Runners arrive at 5:30; Race time is 6:00 sharp!
Who:  All current PHS XC members, their families, fans, and PHS XC ALUMNI!

* Uniforms will be distributed on Tuesday to be worn at Green and White.
* This season's T-shirts are in!  $15 for the first shirt, $10 for the second, third, etc.  Please support our only team fundraiser!

Boys and girls meet dressed out in Coach Zoll’s room (G110) by 2:30.  We will return from practice by 5:15 for students to catch 5:30 Activity bus; many days we will be able to catch the 4:15 Activity bus

Bring to practice:

Watch (with stop watch feature), water bottle, post-practice healthy snack, sweats in cool weather

*  Heat Indexes at 105 or above may result in changes of practice time or location
